The problem
AdConversion runs paid media for B2B SaaS companies, and gives its ads courses away for free through AdConversion Academy. The academy ran on Webflow and Outseta, tied together with other no-code tools. It grew fast enough to hit Webflow's CMS limits, and the team could only add what those tools allowed.

The app
In 2024 I rebuilt the academy as a custom LMS on Webflow, Wized and Xano, working from their designer's designs. Students sign up on the marketing site and go straight into the app.
- // 03
The admin portal
They wanted full control of the content, so I built them an admin portal too. The team manages courses, modules and lessons, changes covers, and adds other admins from there.

The result
Over 11,000 marketers have enrolled, and the number is still climbing. Premium content, such as ad strategy PDFs, marketing templates and podcasts, is already built and switched off until they launch it. When AdConversion wants a new feature, it gets built into their own app.

Off the no-code stack,
onto a custom LMS.
Over 11,000 marketers enrolled, and the team edits every lesson themselves.
// what i did
Keep the academy free. Build it to grow.
I built AdConversion Academy's LMS and admin portal on Webflow, Wized and Xano, from their designer's designs. The team runs every course, module and lesson from the admin side.
