Faster sites.
Smaller hosting bills.
Your site is slow, or your hosting bill keeps climbing. I'll find out why, fix it, and show you the before and after. Usually without moving platforms.
The site works. It just costs too much to run.
Before anyone talks about a rebuild, someone should look at what the site is doing, request by request.
Your hosting plan keeps going up
Bandwidth overages, forced plan upgrades, a bill that grows faster than your traffic.
It's slow on phones
Fine on your laptop, sluggish on 4G. Core Web Vitals flagged in Search Console.
Pages are heavier than they look
Huge images, every font weight, scripts nobody remembers adding.
Someone said "just rebuild it"
The fix is usually smaller and quicker, and costs less than starting again.
Bots are eating your bandwidth
Crawlers and scrapers can make up a big share of requests. They shouldn't be on your bill.
Your agency's client is asking why
You need a clear answer, a fix, and a report you can put your name on.
Measure. Find. Fix.Prove it.
Every change is tied to something measured on your site.
Measure
Real-user speed data, bandwidth and request logs, and where the traffic comes from.
Find what's heavy
The few pages, files and requests doing most of the damage, ranked by impact.
Fix
Images, fonts, scripts, caching, and Cloudflare in front where it helps. On your platform.
Prove it
The same measurements again, side by side. You see exactly what changed.
One site.Same platform.
Hunterbrook is a news site, and a Scaler Marketing client, taking 4 to 6 million requests a day from readers, scrapers and social bots. Bandwidth hit about 100 GB a day. I put Cloudflare in front of Webflow, and most requests now stop there.
Fixed, and written down.
You get the changes made and the paperwork to show for it, so the next person who touches the site keeps it fast.
- 01A ranked fix list
What's slowing the site down or costing money, biggest first.
- 02The fixes, done
Made and tested on staging first, then on your live site.
- 03A before and after report
The same numbers, measured the same way, so the result is clear.
- 04A short handover
What changed, why, and what to avoid so it stays fast.
- 05White-label if you need it
For agencies: your name on the report, and I don't contact your client unless you ask.
Before you ask.
Do I have to move off my platform?
Usually not. Most of the gains come from what sits in front of the site and what the pages load.
Will it break anything?
Everything is tested on a staging copy first, and changes go live in small steps that can be rolled back. Your editors keep working the way they do now.
How long does it take?
It depends on the site. After a first look you'll get a clear scope and a date before anything starts.
What does it cost?
I'm flexible: fixed contract pricing, hourly, whatever works best for you. We'll agree it once I've seen the site.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. I can work under your name, report to you, and stay out of your client's inbox unless you want me in it.
