// services/04 · join your team

Your name on it.
My hands on it.

A senior design engineer for extra capacity, a technical lead, or someone who can design and build. I fit around how your team works, white-label, per project or ongoing.

More work than hands.Or the wrong hands.

Most of my work today comes through agencies. These are the usual reasons they call.

01

You've won more than you can build

You need capacity without a new hire.

02

A project needs skills you don't have

Custom code, a web app, headless commerce, a tricky integration.

03

Designs get lost in the build

The live site never quite matches what your designers signed off.

04

Freelancers have let you down

Missed dates, no handover, and code nobody else can touch.

05

A client wants something bigger

More complex than your usual project, and you'd rather not say no.

06

Someone's away and the work isn't

Cover for a few weeks or a few months.

// how it works

You keep the client. I take the build.

I leave the build in a state your team can run.

  1. A short call

    The project, your client, your process and your timeline.

  2. Scope agreed with you

    What I'm doing, what I'm not, and when it's due.

  3. Built on your process

    In your tools, with regular check-ins, under your name.

  4. Handover your team can use

    Docs, access and a walk-through so your team owns it.

// what you get

Built for your teamto keep running.

I work the way your team works, and leave things so they can maintain them.

  1. 01
    Design, build or both

    Take a project end to end, or slot in where you need it.

  2. 02
    Your process, your tools

    Your Slack, your project board, your reviews.

  3. 03
    Documented, tested builds

    Staging, QA, notes and a handover your team can maintain.

  4. 04
    White-label by default

    Your name on everything. I don't contact your client unless you ask.

  5. 05
    Around after launch

    Fixes and changes once it's live.

// questions

Before you ask.

Do you ever contact our clients?

Only if you ask me to. By default I'm part of your team, under your name, and everything goes through you.

Can you work alongside our developers?

Yes. I can take the whole project or pick up one part of it, in your repo and your tools.

What if you're ill or booked up?

I take a few projects at a time, so yours gets real attention. Everything lives in your repo and your tools, documented as I go, so your team can always pick it up.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, happily.

Can you work with our designers' files?

Yes. Figma, Webflow or whatever your team uses. I build what your designers signed off.

Per project or ongoing?

Either. One project, a few months alongside your team, or on call when you need extra hands.

What does it cost?

I'm flexible: fixed contract pricing, hourly, whatever works best for you. Per project or ongoing, agreed before anything starts.

Tell me what's on your team's plate.
