A client portal,
inside a Webflow site.

Every lead's proposal, files, timeline and messages behind one login.

    The problem

    CleanSpace designs, builds and installs cleanrooms, cold rooms and dry rooms for pharma, biotech, healthcare and food. Their leads were getting files, plans and messages across email, texts and shared drives. The team lost time hunting for a single file, or a thread buried under other emails.

  2. // 02

    The design

    I designed the whole app in Figma: a dashboard for each lead, and an admin side for the CleanSpace team. It lives inside their Webflow marketing site, as an extension of it.

  3. // 03

    The build

    I built it on Webflow, Wized and Xano, with Auth0 handling sign-in. A lead logs in to see their proposal at a glance, the timeline CleanSpace has set for the work, related past projects, the portfolio and deck, and a message thread with the team. The team invites leads from the admin side, and it's all connected to HubSpot.

    Where it is now

    The portal has had a soft launch, and CleanSpace is inviting leads in a few at a time. They're already asking for more features.

// what i did

Designed it. Built it.

Working with Scaler Marketing, I designed CleanSpace's client and admin portal in Figma, then built it inside their Webflow site on Wized, Xano and Auth0, connected to HubSpot.
